The amount of individual care & attention that Bonita Therapy has given me rivals none. I’ve been in physical therapy before (rotator cuff) before, & received good care. Not personal care. The entire staff knows my name, knows the intricacies of my issues, works on my arm (Dorothy) magically knowing exactly the parts which trouble me most. Sue at the front desk is an ANGEL with reminders that I would otherwise have forgotten, & even assembling a schedule that she knows meets my needs. The techs are incredibly attentive, & the entire therapy is a well-oiled machine. Every single person I’ve worked with here has made an injury a gift of recovery. 12/10- would injure myself again if only to return. (That’s a joke, but I won’t settle for any less than Bonita Physical Therapy.)

Dorothy and her staff are exceptional! I had a shoulder replacement June 16 and I have been coming to physical therapy twice a week. My movement has increased tremendously. My pain has lessoned substantially. The staff is wonderful and polite and courteous. I recommend this place.

My experience could have not been better. Carmen Trujillo is an excellent Therapist. I feel she is someone very knowledgeable and very experienced. Everyone in the office was extremely friendly, punctual. Would highly recommend to anybody.

I can't say enough positive things about Bonita Physical Therapy. Dorothy, Clarissa, and Susan have truly made a difficult and often grueling process so much more manageable with their kindness, patience, and expertise. From scheduling with Susan, to receiving excellent care from Dorothy, whose knowledge is outstanding, and the consistent support from Clarissa throughout-it's been a great experience. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of physical therapy.

A few months back I had a total hip replacement surgery and needed physical therapy. I am so fortunate I came here and immediately I felt at home. Dorothy and Cindy and their wonderful staff helped me to get my strength, balance and flexibility quickly with their wonderful attention and very professional care. If you need physical therapy look no further. Bonita Physical will give the the best experience.

I came to Bonita Physical Therapy post rotator cuff surgery . Everyone in the clinic has been wonderful . Carmen and Dorothy have been my therapist while Kaitlyn works with them as the tech . They have all been fantastic in their knowledge - hands in therapy - and care throughout my recovery . My shoulder is healing very well thanks to their care .

Dorothy, Cindi and Carmen’s PT skills have rescued me from 24-hr rotator cuff pain to no pain and no surgery    When I first met them, I was ready to call the surgeon but following Dorothy’s coaching, exercises and schedule, I am making remarkable progress in a very short timeframe. Dorothy is very knowable, inquisitive and fully engaged and always gets me into a positive “can do” mindset. She takes the time to fully answer my questions and to make sure she knows how I am. I’d recommend Dorothy, Cindi or Carmen to anyone or athlete needing PT assistance.

Professionalism is what comes to mind when describing the women who work at Bonita Physical Therapy. Sue at the front desk will make every effort to get you scheduled and works wonders to get you in when your schedule changes. The therapists, Carmen, Dorothy and Cindy work in tandem and coordinate with each other seamlessly, which allows you to get the most out of your therapy sessions. The therapy assistants, Clarissa, Vossie, and Audriana are always attentive and make sure you are doing the exercises correctly. They are always smiling and make you feel totally comfortable. I cannot say enough good things about Bonita Physical Therapy.

I have to give a big shout out to all the staff at Bonita Physical Therapy. From Sue at the front desk, to the therapists, Carmen, Cindy and Dorothy, to the therapy assistants, Audriana, Clarissa and Vossie, everybody is a total professional and has your recovery as their main focus. Should your schedule suddenly change, they will do what they can to fit you in. I cannot say enough good things about this office and the women who work there. The therapy is first rate and the atmosphere is warm and friendly. Two total thumbs up.
